1. How can I process my order?
	You just choose the titles from our catalog and put them into the shopping cart (From order page). We will let you know the availability of the book together with other reference titles. And we will let you know our payment instructions. Once payment is received, we will send your books.

2. How can I pay to you?

You can pay via the followings ways:

(i) Wire Transfer or Send a cheque to a bank of your choice.

We have accounts in the following places.

a. U.S.A: Bank of America

b. U.K: Barclay Bank

c. Singapore: Development Bank of Singapore (DBS) (Important Notice: All bank charges have to be paid by buyers)

(ii) Payment by all major credit cards via PayPal.com

3. How do you send the books?

We normally send the books by registered airmail. But, for wholesale exports in bulk order, we can send them by air freight or sea freight. Moreover, if customers need urgent delivery, we can also send by courier service like DHL, DPE and OCS courier service.

4. What is the cost of sending books?

Sending books to Asian countries (Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand): 10% of the total purchasing value.

Sending books to Western countries (U.S.A, Canada, U.K, France, Switzerland & etc.): 15% of the total purchasing value.

If a customer requests to send by one of courier service (DHL, DPE & OCS), we will charge with actual rate but they are quite expensive. We will get your confirmation, before sending them. (Important Notice: Minimum charge for all countries: US$5)

5. How long will it take to receive the books?

If we send by registered airmail, it can take only 2-3 weeks to Western countries. But, it can take only 2 weeks to send to Eastern countries. If a courier service (DHL, DPE or OCS) is used, books can be arrived within 5 days to any destination in the world.

6. What happen if we don't receive our order?

This rarely occurs. If it does, we will either pay back to you what you paid to us or we will send the replacement copy. That's simple.

7. What happen if the book is different from what I order?

We will refund to you or send a correct replacement copy to you. You need to send back the wrong copy to us and we will pay for the cost.
