This volume two consists of nine political literature papers which are already submitted and read in celebration of “Reading of Political Litereture Paper” and “ Rainy Season Book Affair”, held on 29th to 31st July, 2016. It includes speeches of chairman and questions and answers of each reading paper, report of secretary U Aung Than on reading ceremony of political literature paper.
