This CD-ROM belongs to the project of transferring the traditional test on mss for storage in digital form on CD-ROMs.

The CD-ROM stores the illustrated coloured parabaiks named "Royal City and palace plans", which roughly means the plans used by successive Myanmar kings for building their royal capitals and palaces. To mention the names of Myanmar kings exactly, they are as follows:

» King Tharrawaddy, (1837-1846)

» King Mindon.(1853-1878)

Except the plan of the palace of King Manuha (Thaton), the other plans of palaces are mentioned exactly in their measurements.
The "illustrated coloured parabaik" were made by the royal order of King Mindon in 1855.
The illustrated coloured parabaik are the No.25017 parabaik which belong to the Yangon Universities Central Library.
